A few words of advice : One, After these are done and ready to be eaten, add a small pinch of powdered cinammon on them,(they will become excellent).
Two, Never,ever,Never, never ever (You get the picture !) eat these hot. Always let them cool down, or you´ll get the "runs" real bad !(You can´t say i didn´t warned you !) :P
And three, this video was the closest that i found with the most tradicional recipe of the Original Pastéis de Nata.So, names like Portuguese egg custards or Portuguese egg tarts are basically the same thing.
